What are your thoughts on pagans who go by the title Reverend?

That depends on the person.
If they are flashing the title around like its candy then no they shouldn't. If they are going through any kind of study that would lead them to the honor of the title then great.
I have personally gone and been ordained through the Universal Ministries under my real name. The people closest to me know. (and okay now anyone reading this)
